How do I get a free estimate?
You can request a free, no-obligation estimate by contacting us via phone, email, or our website. We provide customized pricing based on your cleaning needs.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No! Maid Aid brings all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, it’s up to you! Many clients provide us with access while they’re away, but you’re welcome to be present if you prefer.
How long does a cleaning service take?
The duration depends on the size and condition of your space. We provide estimated cleaning times when booking your service.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We understand things come up! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Do you offer same-day cleaning services?
We try to accommodate same-day requests when possible. Contact us for availability.

Can you remake my beds after I've taken the sheets off?
Yes, as long as clean sheets are left on the bed.
Do you do dishes?
We can load dishes into the dishwasher. However, full dishwashing is not included in our services.
Do you do laundry and/or fold and put clothes away?
We focus on home cleaning services and do not offer laundry services at this time.
Do you iron clothes?
Ironing is not part of our standard services.
Can you help with organizing?
Yes, We can arrange organization services upon request.
Can I schedule a cleaning for just the bathrooms?
We specialize in comprehensive full-house cleanings to ensure the best results for your home.

Do you work on Saturdays?
Yes, we offer Saturday cleaning services.
How far in advance should I schedule a cleaning?
We require at least one week’s notice for regular cleanings. During the holidays, please schedule at least two weeks in advance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We Accet cash, credit card, check, Venmo, and Zelle,
Is a contract required?
No long-term commitment is necessary-our services are available without a contract.
